This turkey chilli is a recipe your buds and gut will love! Packed with fiber, protein and complex carbohydrates this chilli is the perfect recipe for cozy season.
It makes a great meal prep lunch thats easy to throw together and heat up on the fly. I also love pairing it with Siete tortillas for some extra crunch
FODMAP hack: If high FODMAP foods irritate your symptoms, leave the chunks of garlic and onion whole and let them simmer with the ingredients to the end. This way you will get the flavour without the tummy ache!

3 tbsp chilli powder
2 tbsp siete spicy taco seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
